After turning up late to a yoga class back in October 2017, Tiana decided to hang around until the next class where she attended her very first pilates class and has been addicted ever since!!
Class after class, Tiana loved the way pilates made her feel and noticed the positive changes it was making in her body, mind and spirit. Pilates and yoga practice had initially started as a way of keeping fit, but slowly turned into ‘me time’, an escape from work and study, and a place she could come and meet like-minded people, creating social connections and many lifelong friendships.
Passionate student turned pilates instructor, Tiana loves that she is now able to help share this experience with her students, teaching a fun, upbeat, high-intensity class. This tiny but mighty girl will leave you working up a sweat!
