Lewy started practising Yoga to help with his professional bodyboarding career. Throughout his life, injuries have come up again and again including a broken back. Lewy felt like he needed to start treating his body with love. He started focussing on healthy eating and training his body and mind to be in the best shape possible, sure enough, he found Yoga.

As soon as he started practising Yoga on a daily basis the beauty of it captivated him. He felt light, strong, flexible, clear-minded, focussed, calm, and happy. Yoga has changed his life. It’s opened his mind up to a world full of energy and meaning that he would never have found otherwise. Lewy completed his vinyasa teacher training in January of 2017 in India and is also a qualified hot cardio pilates teacher which he believes is a great compliment to Yoga.
