Yoga was initially a weight loss journey for Jodie. Through her practice she learnt to develop strength from weakness, both physically and mentally. The practice has introduced new ways to deepen her relationship with herself. She came to realize it’s not about the pose or getting ‘there’, you already are there, you are on a journey to uncover your highest and brightest self. Jodie would like to stand beside you and explore each pose, each breath and each individual moment.
