Power Reformer is open to all fitness levels from a first time user of the machines to the more experienced.
Cardio Reformer is a fun way to raise a serious sweat! This 45 minute class is designed to elevate your heart rate through bursts on the jump board, combined with dynamic sequences to strengthen your core and upper body.
Our Cardio reformer classes are best suited to those without injuries. If you are new to Reformer Pilates we recommend you start with our Power Reformer class.
