It develops strength, flexibility and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. There is no set sequence so each practice will have slight and varying differences with each teacher who will skilfully guide the class towards a specific posture, theme or focus, at the same time incorporating breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness, leaving you feeling invigorated and strong.

Hot Slow Flow

Our beautiful vinyasa Hot Slow Flow classes in 37 degrees connect postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded back to the basics practice. With a slower pace and more focus on alignment, there is time for beginner level students to explore individual postures to build confidence and familiarity, whilst the more experienced students can refine the fundamentals of their alignment and explore getting deeper into the asana.

A set sequence that will challenge you whether you are a beginner or a more advanced Yogi. These classes combine yoga postures synchronised with an upbeat soundtrack. A fun and challenging balancing series combined with core work that is designed to add some fire. Come hydrated and be prepared to sweat.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a fusion of both Indian and Chinese healing modalities. It is literally the yin (opposite) to the yang muscular practises like Hot Flow and Hot Yoga. Yin is all about slowing down. Holding poses for 1-10 minutes allows the body to release tension in the muscles and the fascia tissue while the mind can find rest and stillness. Yin Yoga is an unheated class, and suitable for all levels of students.

Yin + Sound Bath Meditation

Unwind with the glorious mix of Yin Yoga followed by a soothing sound bath played live by your teacher. The long holds of Yin Yoga allows your muscles to relax and releases stress by reducing tension in the tight parts of your body. The soothing sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls cultivates a harmonic space to deepen the relaxation and transformation. These clever sound waves work while you rest in a meditative state restoring harmony to your body and mind with ease.
It is a combination that can’t be missed!

Restore & Release

This all-levels delicious deep tissue Restore & Release class is designed to help you release every layer of your body, and open your heart and mind. The ball techniques will help you experience a renewed relationship with your body. Our focus is to release the fascial layer, a part of the soft connective tissue system, where much of our pain and tension is held. By releasing this layer of the body you invite a sense of deep relaxation to restore and rebalance your nervous system. Triggering your muscles should not be a painful but rather be a similar effect to having a deep tissue massage, helping to release knots that can build up inside the fascia.
