Hot Slow Flow
Our beautiful vinyasa Hot Slow Flow classes in 37 degrees connect postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded back to the basics practice. With a slower pace and more focus on alignment, there is time for beginner level students to explore individual postures to build confidence and familiarity, whilst the more experienced students can refine the fundamentals of their alignment and explore getting deeper into the asana.
Hot Power Flow
Hot Power Flow in 32 – 34 degrees are more advanced classes that connect movement to breath while working towards more challenging postures. It develops strength, flexibility and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. There is no set sequence so each practice will have slight and varying differences with each teacher who will skilfully guide the class towards a specific posture, theme or focus, at the same time incorporating breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness, leaving you feeling invigorated and strong.
