Yin + Sound Bath Meditation

Unwind with the glorious mix of Yin Yoga followed by a soothing sound bath played live by your teacher. The long holds of Yin Yoga allows your muscles to relax and releases stress by reducing tension in the tight parts of your body. The soothing sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls cultivates a harmonic space to deepen the relaxation and transformation. These clever sound waves work while you rest in a meditative state restoring harmony to your body and mind with ease.
