Yes, the Yoga Nidra Relaxation classes will be on the schedule every week as we just love that you are taking some time to meditate, rest and truly nourish your SOUL with this deep yogic sleep. ????
If you haven't yet tried this class, it's a 45 minute, deeply relaxing meditation that is sure to leave you feeling restored and relaxed.

Sunday's - 11.45am (45mins)
